At the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I worked as a business lead for Tenancy Services, on a project to create an online heating assessment tool in under six months. The tool helps landlords and property managers check what kW output their heater needs, in order for their rental property to meet the healthy homes standards.
As the business lead I managed the review and approval process for all copy, worked with technical advisors to create plain English content, and assisted the Project Manager in keeping everything on track.
